i agree, discipline is the best thing to grow fast!you have to be disciplined in your exercise.
You are doing good just keep it up for 1 week then adjust it for 7mins after 1 week you will see that it will improve lil by lil until 10mins you will not get tired anymore adjust it every 1 weeki do daily workout at home but i get tired in 5 minutes
i just want to know we have to eat or do something else for increase strenght
if anyone know how to boost stamina and strenght pls tell me thanks
Bro he is daily working out -_- his problem is getting tired every 5minutes problem can be solve easily within 1-2months if he keep exercising every day and adjusted the mins every weekwalk and exucise
