You can't xd only admin can so yeah you will have lost of people spamming for comments

You can ping a support person in that thread and let them know its resolved, they can just simply close that thread.

hello, You cannot mark the category in which you opened your topic. But you can if you open it in the technical support category. I moved your thread to the right place and marked it. Be careful where you open your topic next time.
