Something with a lot of hard cc and tons of hp would be your best bet since slows dont really work on him and he has true dmg which is only partially countered by max hp. With that said his cooldowns are pretty long in the early game so playing an agressive early game bully would be good against him all depending on which role you play. Using that early game pressure and power you could invade and take his farm to slow him further down. But after all even if you can and do counter him you cant stop your teammates from feeding him to the sky and letting him snowball like an avalanche. Hope it helps
