Well, honestly League of Legends is much easier for beginners, in my time the tutorial was terrible and didn't teach anything, I give you two tips, first learn more about the champions, if you know what the champion does you have more chance of know what his next move is right? after learning about each champion you can learn which champion you get along with better and get mastery with it , and a bonus tip , the game is tricky and difficult but try to learn to play loose camera to increase your skills and game perspective

other than practicing and actually paying attention on improving I would recommend playing with a good team, a team you can communicate with and you guys have to understand each other.

practice against bots, read the items (even if you already know what to do, read the item) memorize the skill damage, reload time, if you play more retreated and aggressive and memorize the famous "time"
. There you goif you play with scripts all u need to do is just to keep playing so u gain game knowledge, my advice is to try and play all the roles as well so u can get an understanding on every champ, most of the scripters go for adcs.
