Pick 1/2 roles and 3/4 champs per role. Then grind and learn the macro

Pick not more that 2 champs you're willing to play. Be good at 2 options not many. Stay consistent. Turn off general chat. Learn everything about laning phase and how it works.. That's all you need for good beginning.
