Use OBS Studio and it will only record GameLoop.exe and your hack will not show in the recorded video and also there is recording option in gameloop aswell but because of built in gameloop recording system, the game lag sometime so better use OBS Studio for recording or streaming

Use geforce experience if you have nvidia gpu. Then you must play pubg in windowed screen to not see the hack while recording.
