Yes. After I update. it got bricked.

From my own experince if you have bricked Bios it normally means it's gone dude, but in saying that what's the exact model of the board i can try assist you but doing what was mentioned above normally fixes the issue if doesn't i'm affraid it's bricked is it still under warranty and how did you brick it did u try to flash it with another bios or did u accidently turn off the power during flash?

download .324 file leatesst and copy it to usb and update bios

whats your motherboard ?
If your motherboard supports smart bios, even usb can solve it.
if not you can't do anything :S u should be take it into the service center
