y have only 1 solution , if y do not want to delete y'r files , just Ecrase the windows it will shown file called Windows.old that mean this is y'r old windows & y can copy-past y'r files to new windows that y installed

u can burn a windows copy on usb with atleast 8GB from microsoft for free ,then in bios set the usb as the primery boot drive . after a restart u will get windows install menu.
