I read a some post that have a similar problem, i thing that the XFProject server is not working well, my advice is wait till get fixed.

Could be AV interferring. Uninstall it and then try ?
You can restart the PC ... download the UI and then hack again to try.
If it works, it would tell you to "START THE GAME FIRST" or something.
Just do a few F6 to see if it works.

be sure you turn off antivirus and better internet connection, and try again. sometime it happen to me.
