no but he meant that he have good internet but speed is worse for xbox. maybe he need to change the wire or if wrielss then change to a better router or modem whatevr u call it

Mbps is not really the accurate download speed it is a marketing term basically you would convert the value to megabit/s to get the actual dl speed. Dl speed is also affected by numerous factors so there you have it.
