change ur hdd to ssd
yes it gives an improved boot time

Search in google minios.org are light versions of windows, go very well with computers with few resources and is quite fast.

Hmm if you're having a laptop, then you can consider upgrading your ram, (check your sticks if you have enough place), I guess you'll need a 16gb ram if you want a decrease the delay of the system. Then maybe if you could change your gpu card, or add an external one for a better performance( check youtube for that, lot's of guys have explained how).

if your motherboard compatible of SSD m.2 nvme go for it it will really boost your system also RAM and GPU if available

Just Format your system & reinstall windows 10.

install an ssd and I recommend a windows lite
