The logic is because it will warn all your team mates that you don't want to talk. This can potentially reduce the flame towards to you since you'll not be able to answer.

Focus on map when you play on mid try to roam when you can , on adc dont focus that much on map farm till you are huge and carry as adc

Yeah ranked queues are challenging by itself. The idea you need to work with 4 people to defeat another 5 people that you never talked to its a challenge.
