just go outside with friends talk to them and try to clear that negative energy dont stay alone

I'm wondering how you guys handle depression? Sometime i feel really weak and dont know what to do with my depression...
ifnd reason first then fix it or just remember it... reason ''you not doing anything'' that makes you sick..because brain is something never stops heart is same too..So one of them produce emotion one of them produce imagination two of them effect each other. and you feel you sick... yes you sick if you let them do it:) but if you are focused on something or you have work to do you wont have that kind of thoughts

yes...when i stopped thinking, like when i tried to sleep, then the depression will just come out and bother me...

to talk about my sad side to my friend.. but its not about embarrassing, i dont know why but i just cant..but talking with one of my friend makes it easier for me tbh

The easiest way is to smoke, or listen to music, play linear games (I don't know what they are for you), those that go for you on autopilot (for me it's speedrun)
