john is right. its like an IMEI equivalent of your PC. so if the game HWID Ban you even if you create a new acct you will still get ban immediately coz they will recognise your hardware

yes. if you buy a HWID spoofer you can change it or atleast let the game thinks that you have a different pc

HWID, or Hardware ID is basically serial number of your device, used to identify computer to any of software you installed
HWID is the hardware ID, usually if your using hacks in a game like call of duty warzone and u get banned this game bans ur HWID meaning everytime u make new account u will be auto banned, some games do this some dont, so it black listed ur mainboard.. to get around this u need a spoofer something that changes that id temporaraly.

yes correct like get a spoofer the spoofes a few companents on your PC not just your HDD or SSD it would be better in long run incase the game decides to ad more component bans/black list
