This is happen with me too, and i tryied everething you can imagine... desactive the anti-virus, reinstall redists, reinstall the game and the hack in another disk, restaured the windows, change de version, unistall windows builds, restore for an version when the cheat works and nothing changes.
My tip for you is: wait for a update on this cheat. it looks like it shouldn't take long
