you need a complete format backup your data and perform formatting using diskpart, and proceed to install and setting up everything, remember to do a full back up since doing this will delete all your files.

Yes,you can.You can also try fresh win 10 from microsoft,then use rufus to make Window usb boot and i recommended the usb is unless 8gb, it will install normally

I recommend you install a windows from 0 and it usually brings an error when updating the windows download an iso of win7 and put it in a usb boot and install the psd if it is the first time this is done you need a complete format backup your data and perform formatting using diskpart

try to repair your windows 7 files then try to install windows 10

or try to download windows 10 from microsoft site and install it from USB driver ( like when you install windows 10 in a new pc gamer)
