Try resetting your modem/router connection and if still doesnt work maybe ipconfig /flushdns /release /renew will help or check your ipv4 settings if you changed something there.

did both of them still same problem. my antivirus is never on anyways

i tryed opera.chrome. mozilla. and IE but same problem. i think its my internet
