so it says that u can't use the cheat right now because your rank isn't enough. it says right here that you should be confirmed member or above to use that cheat, if u want to use it u need to get better ranks by sending messages
as example if you want to be confirmed member, u need to send 50 messages at least and need to be registered at least 5 days ago
