This is the same response I got and they looked into it. They said third party application and they wont revert ban. Will update on anything they say

If you are really not afking in games just send an unban request ticket. Describe you did not go afk and ask them to manually look at matches.

Just make a ticket to riot and explain the situation, someone will at least check your situation

well for noiz game u get report from other player by fictional causes. this is taken into count in the calculations. Contact riot support and be "nice" :smoke:
