I found the problem, riot was buggy and was banning people randomly, I just relogged it and it worked
1° ipconfig/release 2° ipconfig/renew 3° ipconfig/flushdns,I put this in cmd, and relogged and it worked

Solved I guess but idk how other people report being banned, if people got banned riot may already have data about the hack rip bozos
