Is it possible if I have to set the DNS manually?Check your firewall or if something is blocking the loader from getting the host address

No you don't need to set it manually but you could reset your network using these commands from cmd:
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh int ip reset

i think the guys above me only give 2 way...
but in fact i think in past i have 4 or 5 command to renew the dns
