try to scan your computer sometimes there are files that can slow ur computer or when you have a lot of games installet in the SSD drive
to scan ur computer open CMD as admin and type sfc /scannow
try to change the game file to ssd for example Gta to D:\\ and Gameloop (Pubg) to C:\\

run game loop in the gpu driver app and give it priority + make sure you have latest update
also i recommend to upgrade your gpu to a 4 gb so you can keep playing with normal settings

you need to upgrade the cpu because emulator is cpu bound and the gpu is bottleneck then the ram minimum is 16gb for better gaming experience the last step is downgrade your emulator to 720P that make you run smoother than before

Make sure your graphics card is fully seated. I had this issue once after I moved places. It mustve gotten loose moving around.
