Can anyone help the emulator suffering from lag and drop frame very strong Specifications of my device

Probably a 4GB GPU won't do so well on Gameloop as it requires more GPU power. Maybe you can use a tool like GFX Tools or tweak your GPU settings following some tutorials on YouTube to make your FPS higher and experience less lag.
