I can load LazySharp LoL hack but when I do and I get in-game nothing shows there is no drawings and I pressed F6 but nothing comes out. I don't have any anti-virus or adblock. But i also noticed when i get into cmd it says this at the top "Do not forget to click on the a'd's on the site once a day so that cheat can work properly on your system and stay up to date. You do not have to do it, but it will be good if you do it. What does that mean and how can I clicl on asd. And does LoL hack work for you?

Yes I did. It worked fine 2 or 3 days ago until I got update in League of Legends. Since then it doesn't work.
