This is an error concerning your game version and script version. The script is in an old version and your League in a recent one, so it doesn't inject. You can do the hotfix yourself. It's really simple. Take your game and put it in the previous version so that the files you need to copy are in the previous version.
There are 2 files, stub.dll and league of legends.exe. They meet in Riot Games - Riot Games - Game.
Copy these 2 files, save it somewhere, then you put your game in the current version. Take these 2 files you saved earlier and replace them in the same place. Done. Say if it worked.

Download LOL sever NA , coppy file LOL.exe and stub.dll, done!

These files need to be compatible with the script version, otherwise it doesn't work. That's why changing the client version before copying them.
