Don't buy a "pre-made" one, it'll be more expensive, than a self-built one. I bet someone will help you here, with some specs - If not, try a store next to you, friends, etc.

Before looking for a nice config you have to know how much u will spend on it then if you know a nice store just tell him the price and he could build you a nice one like i did
