first off all u should find ur champ second i recommend a youtube channel: Skill Capped Challenger LoL Guides this YT channel has the best guide videos ive ever seen u learn wave managment well u know how pro players play and it has lots of decision making video where u can train ur makro skills ingame before the videos i was plat and after i hit dia1 / low masters so it helps a lot and by just simply onetricking a champ u can hit dia 4 but after that u have to get makro. The only way to learn fast is keep grinding everyday 12-16hours a day. Videos sure will help you but it's better to play than watch videos on youtube.am new in lol any tips to learn it fast

Try to focus on one Champion and learn their combos in Pratice tool. Try to watch some Coaches like Neace that will give you insight on why you do certain things in certain game states.
