It will depend if the anticheat is coded for "ban this HWID" or "ban this HWID FOR THIS GAME". Since Vanguard if from riot, I would bet they will ban you from everything.

my account have a ban in Valorant, but in LoL its everything fine. So i think it will be the same way
Well, they said in the season update video that if you already have vanguard installed you can play league normally, then it means that the ac is the same, the exe is the same, so the backeend is prob the same? then if my logic is correct the bans applied in valorant prob gonna be applied on league too...

ok listen because everyone is talking shit here. If u got banned in valorant who already has VANGUARD u probably will be banned after not todays update (LOL DOESNT HAVE VANGUARD YET IT COMES IN EARLY MARCH) so ye you will get banned in lol as well not actually for account but u couldnt launch lol (vanguard is pretty weak antycheat so u can buy spoofer for 1$ nearly everywhere.)
