I would put voice chat, it would drastically change the dynamics of the game. And about toxicity, I doubt they would curse each other, they are very tricky behind the mouse and keyboard, when there is a voice they are quiet, afraid.

add voice chat, i know that almost everyone would just scream and yell at each other, but still a good way to communicate with your team mates without having to ping or type.
