There are no restrictions apart from it can only be one thing. Can be a champion, a skin, gameplay mechanics, items, esports, riot games themselves etc.

Matchups, make smurfs go against each other xDD, the way the game works to make it less competitive and therefor less toxic.. Though it's exactly what riot is after. Toxicity and a certain view of the game to make it last through the ages ^^'

There should always be a rotating gamemode available to play
also I really miss events like the odyssey that made the game super fun for me. i wish there was more of that

I would put a "game mode" where you build the champ, choose from any skill in the game, and of course, the passive as well, and go to a FreeForAll Arena where you would have to fight and get kills/gold/items to win...
