Voice chat should be added for lanes only I think, so if I am in bottom lane with my support, then only my support hears my voice chat.

This is not really a communication tips, more like a keep me saint tips. If you start seeing a sign of your teammates being toxic, just mute them. Sure, without communication, it's harder to win, but I would rather take an L than dealing with the toxicity.
