even with all the improvements in pings , the chat is still a bad option to talk to the players after all they do not know the " tone of voice " you are giving that word and that ends up believing that you are insulting or something like, but actually you would just like to help them, so the only viable solution in my view would be to create voice chat for the client

I think voice chat would be the best for league , and if someone is annoying you can just mute .

I have been playing the League of Heroes for many years. There are many good team-mates and many annoying team-mates. For example, the Taiwan server that I play, many Taiwanese are poor

As a League of Legends player, I know that effective communication is essential for success in the game. However, coordinating with teammates can sometimes be challenging, especially in high-pressure situations. That's why I wanted to start a discussion on how we can improve team communication in League of Legends.

One suggestion is to establish clear objectives at the beginning of each game and communicate them with the team. It's also helpful to use pings and chat messages to keep teammates informed about enemy movements and objectives.

Another idea is to establish a set of callouts or shorthand phrases that the team can use to quickly communicate important information. For example, "dragon" can be replaced with "drag" or "bot," "top," and "mid" can be used to indicate the location of enemy champions.

What do you think? How do you improve team communication in League of Legends? Share your tips and strategies in the comments below!

  1. Add voice chat: While not everyone may feel comfortable using voice chat, it can be a powerful tool for improving communication and coordination in League of Legends. Being able to quickly and easily communicate with teammates in real-time can help avoid misunderstandings and improve decision-making.
  2. Prioritize information: In the heat of the moment, it can be easy to get overwhelmed with information. To avoid this, try to prioritize the most important information and communicate it clearly to your team. For example, if you see an enemy champion approaching from a certain direction, make sure to quickly communicate their location and any relevant details (e.g. their health or items).
  3. Be concise: In the fast-paced world of League of Legends, time is of the essence. Try to communicate important information as quickly and concisely as possible, using shorthand or abbreviations where appropriate.
  4. Practice active listening: Effective communication is a two-way street, and it's important to actively listen to your teammates as well as communicate with them. This means paying attention to what your teammates are saying, asking clarifying questions when necessary, and responding in a timely manner.
Ultimately, effective communication in League of Legends requires practice and coordination, but by prioritizing clear communication and using the right tools and strategies, you can improve your chances of success in the game.

League should not have voice chat because it might contribute to toxic behavior among players.. Chat already has a reputation for being a toxic environment, and enabling voice chat may escalate the toxicity way further. Voice chat can make it easier for players just abuse negative behavior that can ruin the experience of other players, and if someone is already toxic enough to troll the game, they will just have "more fun" doing it while they watch other people get tired/tilted by it on voice.

Overall, while voice chat can be massive when youre playing with friends, like by coordinating plays, it may also contribute to negative behavior that can harm the overall player experience, its not because other games have succeeded on it that League will be the same, sadly

Voice chat would just be screaming kids yelling you suck to each other. No thanks. Maybe 1 out of 10 games it would he beneficial
