That's a tough question as there are so many champions with unique strengths and playstyles. Personally, I think champions like Yasuo and Zed can be very strong in the right hands, but it ultimately depends on the player's skill level and strategy.

My first thought was like everyone else and thought asol because of how strong he is in lore but I have found a similar discussion on reddit that talks about kindred and bard both being stronger than asol according to lore. I think this is justified because of Bard's ability to freeze time as well as manipulate it as he pleases which I don't think asol can do. Bard and Kindred are both in the cosmic level of the tier list.
