solutions:
1.Install win 10 cause all games work on this window.
2.install game loop 32 bit.
3.install all DirectX and c++ packages.
4.disable adblockers, antivirus, defender.

do not use faceit anti cheat or vanguard uninstall it / disable your window update in service
also clean your %temp% file
also load cheat first then open game loop and update ur game latest version make u can use 32 bit version not 64 beta
