Has updating C++ worked? It can be quite a pain figuring this out, so I'd like to know how you managed to do it.

Install C++ programs, they were some but i actually forgot their name. Just i suggest you to contact to an admin.

You will not only need c ++ tr 'but you will also need netframework the latest full version
install full driver (c++, directX)
