I think it's very strong, but it's hard to fool because of the axes on the ground

All the comment is just tell you Draven script is good or not. In fact, Draven is not sutable for newbie and has less than 10 games play by your own without WS. You have to understand your champ, the direction of the axe when catch. If you us WS script, Draven will catch the axe by your cusor, so that i's very complex to make Draven catch the axe with the out range when you wanna kite or wanna step back in many situation. For example , u are in the situational 1vs2 or 1vs3, and u wanna kiting and step back wait for your team, but what happen if u cannot control your position of your mouse cursor? U are kiting to step back, but the axe is in the opposite way LOL. So Draven should not be in the tier list of WS script if yout dont understand how to catch axe by your own.

catching axes on script is a bit awkward, there are better choices on Adc imo

It's a bit annoying, the script forces the champion to always pick up the axe, in certain situations it's very disruptive
