Draven is difficult to play, but once you master it, it'll be kinda easy. If the person knows how to play draven, then its a carry, even if its low elo or high elo.

Draven is most picked adcarry among smurf players in low elo due his high snowball and carry potential in early, mid game. If you are a low elo player it is hard to master him but not impossible at all.
