ide a screenshot of the error it could be anything from faulty software to driver. If you think it's a virus, scan it with Malwarebytes, then see if it fixes it.

Back up and reinstall windows. Safest way. Use a USB tool to do so, much faster in my experience as compared to windows self reset program
