If you can reach to the owner i think you can add things but owner's don't want it

I think it is not possible because it already comes with a defined option or you could use the urf spaw to do something what you say

from what I saw, only the developer can add new settings, but I have never seen anyone put some different settings for the character, I tried to look for tutorials on the internet about this, but I found nothing about it

I dont have this on my LPReborn the Enable URF Spammer which i believe i can use zeri using enable urf spammer.
