Yes it is possible, it existe in micro-scale forme wich is the Cyclotron, engineers are trying to make it bigger to support a pod for transportation, it's an on-going project.

I don't know about that mate, Time traveling is almost impossible because of logical things in my religion even though I'm not that well-informed about religions, But if that's possible then holy brick there are so many things that we can do

i personally dont think that is possible, light is the only matter that has the ability to travel at the fastest rate not even sound or any other particle or matter is capable of breaking or outperforming the speed of light so no i dont think that the barrier or limit of light can be broken. ey if u dont agree my dms are always open for debait
