Macro can do a set o pre-registred actions, but its no possible to make a macro ta works on League of Legends since there just too much variations.
Lets take the hot cake of the moment; Yasuo double lift combo. Even if you are able to register all key actions necessary to do the said combo, you would still need do controll your mouse for the character aim the attacks and skills and move to the desired place.
The action of aiming and moving can't be put into a macro, since you will need to aim for diferents targets and walk in differents directions in fights, trying to sync it with a macro that only do pre-registred actions can be very challenging since you may need to get a little closer to the enemy or walk to a certain position in the fight and the pre-registred actions of a macro wont wait for you to do it.
