yes you can code better and make a certain cheat undetected but there is no gaurantee as riot is investing money into their anticheat and they also improve their anti cheating system so its a battle between coders and anticheat devs

In my opinion no.
Because the riot vanguard store its files in kernal module or TPM2.0 in the motherboard and when we modify it sometimes our PC get crashed and we face the blue screen error because we cause uncertainty or we make the module unstable in a way that the anti-cheat tries to stop the code of the cheat which we use and it then get crashed.
Lately Riot Vanguard is showing "the PC is not supportable for riot guard" if riot completely stop the support to old motherboards then in 1 or 2 years it will get so hard that there will be only 1% chance that we will not get detected.
