Is it possible to transfer val account in HK server to NA server?

It's not possible automatically but you have to take Riot support. but my thought it's so hard to take this type of situation.

Valorant's geo-restrictions prevent you from playing with gamers from other countries. It has servers in 6 different regions, and you can only play in the region you create your account in. If you create an EU account, you can only play on its EU servers with people from there (not with your international friends). Riot Games allows you to change your Valorant region once, but only if you were mistakenly assigned to the wrong country. However, a VPN can bypass all these geo-restrictions and let you change your Valorant region
