Yes
BDO is still, one of the best looking games out there with breath taking animations and fluid gameplay, but it's not designed for casual playing one-two times in a week, u gonna need to spend much much more time to enjoy it fully since progressing is grind oriented, yet still a lot of people play it.

They're pretty sensitive with their ban hammer.
It was pretty edgy when it first came out, but the player base has diminished significantly.
Practically, if you're planning on playing legit & can bring some people with you it's a good time.
