Putting aside any bias in the answers, I reccomend a virtual machine if you are worried and want to completely eliminate the chance of a virus even though its unlikely here due to the plethora of false positives from most anti virus programs

All cheats shared by the founders of Memoryhackers are clean and safe. I have been a member of this site for over 5 years and I use their cheats. I have never encountered a virus in any way.
