may be we have to bypass emulater to unable it to detect emulater
its the only way to play it on emulater

you can download it on emulator browser.and you should be know to make key mapping for it cause there still no key mapings on gamelop for newstate.you can turn on your gameloop browser like this.
1.start pubg mobile
2.after emulater started click on back button
3.after you vam see apps on your emulator
4.now press ctrl+f9
5.go to browser and search for the game and download
6.enjoy the game if you can make key mapping

NO PUBG New State isn't available for any emulators. Even if you managed to download it from web you won't be able to install it . It most likely say "Device Not compatible ".
