Is RAT Software secure?

i mean that i use rat for acces of someones computer but first i tried it on my mobile and pc so then i delete the virus(extracted from rat) and now i thinks taht my data will go to the software publisher(means to the software maker(who create rat))
so plz tell me (i am worried)
is it secure app or not?

well if that so i have no tention of my pc
i have only games in my pc buttttttttt
i have tention of my mobile i have pics data and other things in it but i uninstalled the virus from mobile in 5 min |(so will i secure?

In the hack load section they have wrote the ban time 1 week to 2 months.

It really depends, if you are using QUASAR (open source rat) then it's secure. But quasar isnt very stable as it is deprecated but i have to say, it is better than downloading lets say 888 rat from some unknown publisher that could have in fact used that exact same software to rat your computer
