There are so many players using scripts, in championships, soloq, even in normal games and they are not banned, riot doesn't care much about these things. If they called, they would make a better system from the beginning, like for example in Valorant.

Currently RIOT's League Anticheat operates in Usermode (RING-3) to detect cheats, but the cheat uses a driver that operates in the kernel (RING-0), the anticheat has no permission to this. After injection, there are also no traces of the injected library (this wasnt the case for windsharp). To detect the cheat, RIOT have tot scan the active memory for specific patterns.
