i think in 2 months, but some members said that they are not banned while they are using it from 4 months, they use default settings.

If you are really good hiding it you can avoid the ban for months, just stay away from the obvious champions (Kog, Cassio, Ez, Kalista and Xerath), try not to use evade (you can use drawings) and dont let people know about it, try not to use the chat, but definetly, never use it on ur main account.
