if you get reported for obvious cheating like dodge skill-shot from fog-of-war and you get reported multiple times by players then you will get banned

My main got banned even after not playing (or got on and play a bot game) with script for a whole week before the ban wave. I guess they caught me at some point. I didn't use Evade or looked too obvious while cheating either. Unlucky.

It's safe and undetected even now, the problem is if you got reported by any player for scripting then your account will be flagged and might be banned in the next ban wave. So if you don't play obviously like turning the evade the whole game then there's a chance that you won't be banned even if there is a ban wave. Riot updated their report function and it actually does its job now compared to before.

It is never safe to use scripts/hacks. Just look at the ban waves
